When it was the miracle runs of 2016, 2018, 2021, it was the NCAA Tournament meant more. Which is it? I am of the belief that those teams in the 90's that didn't make runs in the tournament but were ranked nationally and had a chance to beat anyone, was a much better strategy than getting lucky in March.
