We will get more fumbles caused knifing into the backfield and rushing the passer we hopefully get more strip sacks, tipped passes for picks and hurrying the QB for picks.  It will be impossible not to improve on those number. It was bewildering to me how we went from a defense that was good at creating turnovers to being tied with one other team for dead last in 2021 in the FBS in turnovers created.  We created just 6 total turnovers on the season which is almost impossible. Actually no team had 7 turnovers created. All the rest had 8 or more.  Good ol' Scott Shafer with Middle Tenn lead the way with 32 turnovers created.
