Marcelo Gallardo - last 8 years as coach of River Plate, the legendary club team in Argentina.  Played in Europe for Monaco and PSG, as well as at River Plate. Capped 44 times for Argentina, and played a season in MLS for DC United.  Age 46

Abel Ferreira - Age 44.  Currently coaches Palmeiras, a terrific club team in Brazil. Coached for a year in Israel and 6 years in Portugal at Braga and Sporting (including their B teams and youth teams, so he works well with young players).  He also played for Braga and Sporting in Portugal (as you'd expect) for about 6 or 7 years.

I think Marcelo Bielsa's style is a bit chaotic, but might be really effective in International football.  He's available.
