But those are often called strikes. More egregious though are pitches below the knees (Judge) or pitches that are outside the zone that are called strikes. Again, it could be an optical illusion, but those calls are the most frustrating for me as a fan. I guess it goes both ways (last pitch in the Tampa game on Sunday) so you just have to live with it.
