I have read the comments about the IL+ with some liking it (I personally prefer it, but also concern over the impacts IL+ has on the player pool, too much GTD management, too many players on waivers.

1) Reducing the roster size by 1.
2) Eliminating IL+ and going back to IL,  or reducing the current IL+ size.

[SIZE=7]This is my proposal for what we can do now without changing roster structures but will help the player pool in a limited manner.
1) Eliminate the concept of Waivers.   Player is available immediately upon being dropped.  
2) Do not move forward with the rule change I had announced at the beginning of the year (in post 2) to increase IL+ to 5 spots after the All-Star Break.   This will shrink the player pool even more which is what we are trying to avoid.   That being said I will increase the number of additions to 5 as originally planned post ASG, as moving players in/out does not reduce the pool size.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=4][B]If you are strongly against these changes, give the post a stiletto (don't like), and please raise your concern.   I'm not moving forward with any MID-SEASON rule change if one member strongly objects.   Off Season its simply the majority, middle of the season has to be more like a veto.
