Like I said, when things are good with Williams, he looks like a two-way star in the making. His size and quick leaping ability allow him to potentially be a menace on defense and on the offensive glass. Also, the box score numbers and metrics and everything are great and all, but Charlotte has been so out of it lately it's hard to tell what's real and what's not. Like he had 38 points the other night against Memphis but he didn't even score until they were already down by 21 (which was at the very beginning of the 2nd quarter lol). Essentially all 38 of his points came in garbage time. Charlotte has also kinda treaded water when he's on the bench but gotten absolutely demolished when he's on the floor.

Again though, he's so young, so toolsy, and so productive; can't blame LA at all for betting on him but it is a fairly large bet and with Lebron being as old as he is, it would be very nice for them if things could click for Williams sooner rather than later.
