I would 100% rather watch the wrong team win than spend 20 minutes trying to get through the final 30 seconds of the game reviewing every out of bounds call, how much time is on the clock after every made basket, god forbid teams still have their challenges at the end, etc. The fouling obviously plays a part in extending these games too but at least I have someone shooting the ball to watch.
