In past years, I believe they have been last or second last consistently. So there has been some improvement. Hopefully the second half of the season will see a surge in attendance and Syracuse will at least get to middle of the pack in the league. I think the number of major promotions/give away tickets/free attendance have gone done dramatically so the numbers they are posting now are really tickets sold. They aren't very close to the 14th team but I was surprised to see them ahead of Louisville and Scranton Wilkes-Barre.
