I think Peterson has upside. I also hope they keep Manea around and at least one of Quintana and Severino.

Good news is I think Mets payroll drops to $150mm because all of the dead money they are paying to last years guys is off the books. I trust Stearns to do good stuff with Cohen’s money.

Outside of pitching the main question is what do they do with Pete? I don’t know if he’s worth more than $25mm a year and he will want way more. Vientos might be a better all around hitter with less power though and can play first. Mauricio is coming back.

Acuna made a case to play 2nd but maybe not full time. I think he starts the year in Syracuse and is in nyc by August. Same with Mauricio.
