I get the decision to forgo meatballs for this feast. They are tough to do on a grill.
What did Coach Nunzio use on those burgers? It looks like Montreal Steak Seasoning to me. I like it. The garlic can be a little strong if you put it on late and don't cook it out some but if you take your time and cook the rawness out, this works well.
Buck's, are you looking to sponsor SU athletics? For those that do no know, Buck's Seasoning is a really nice seasoning that works well for burgers, steaks, chicken; even pork. I see they are based in Mallory NY, which is close by in Oswego County. I think a sponsorship with SU Athletics would be a marriage made in heaven. Even better than peas and carrots and Forrest and Jenny.
I am not sure of the make of the grills Coach N and Coach J were using. Do not believe they were Blackstone. No one is perfect.

I count at least 5 grills out there. Cool. They don't have a big dog grill like the SyraCruz tailgate but 5 smaller ones works just fine. Not everyone can handle the big dog.
