We were very active in the portal last year to replace Dinos guy that weren’t going to fit in the program moving forward. Fran has almost completely turned over the roster consisting of the best fits from the Dino years and guys that he brought in via the portal or High School. There was no McCord in the portal this off season. We brought a guy in who was a back up for Jayden Daniels (won a heisman trophy and was a starter in the NFC championship game) and Garrett Nussmeier (the betting favorite to win the heisman next season). We do lose our best players, but we also retain a lot of impact players from last season. I have faith in the staffs ability to develop. The evidence right now is before last season, you can only really say OG would get drafted from Syracuse. That number is looking a lot higher atm.
