2025 Lax Pick ‘em : Week 0

The 2025 season is quickly approaching I for one am looking forward to another fun season!!!

Points system
1 point for win
1/2 point for tie

4 picks per week
Addition this year we will be doing 6 picks during conference championship week

Prize 1st place $100
Jeremy is working on a second place prize

I will do my best to post all the stats at the end of each week and please make sure my math is correct..lol

I will need a little help once again posting these lines seeing I cannot get New York school lines ( FloridaCuse, Zak and wgdsr did a great job last year helping me out and is very much appreciated)

Seeing it this week 0 I don’t foresee a lot of line changes, but if there are, I will check them at the beginning of the week

During the regular season will do my best to keep up on the games, especially games during the week, but once lines are posted would like to keep them official
Weekend games will be posted by Wednesday.. early week games will be posted by Monday if possible

Undetermined at this time, Staudt appeared to be 2nd string in the fall but I find it hard to believe he won't get first crack.

agree, can't go by fall ball playing time. If it's not Staudt, that might not bode well for the Homewood faithful. If Webb is going to be their starter there was no need to bring in Staudt. Of course I could be completely wrong--it wouldn't be the first time.

Ya I was eyeing that game as well. Seems like Bucknell should cruise but these type of lower level D1 games can be a crapshoot.

Yes and no. I think after a few weeks/month you can get a general idea of teams to stay away from and those who will usually put up a solid performance. Now they will always be one offs and games where teams under or over perform but you can generally get a read on a decent amount of teams.
