You do not expect a pass rush and sacks with 3-4 lineman when you're dropping 7-8 guys. The DL has to stay in their lane and contain. The # of people that have no idea how the trenches work is so frustrating. All people want to look at is sacks or or QB hurries as a measure of pass rush. Rarely do D Lineman ever get credit for this because they hold their man down and stay in their lane while the LB's and Secondary bring blitzes and make plays.
