I understand that these are all real issues and my anger would be less if I wasn’t learning about them from a message board. I cannot imagine the anger some must feel that don’t read the board and are going into this thing blind, besides the assurances from their ticket reps that parking would be easier than year.

If I was the ticket reps I would ask for trauma pay since they are getting the shoot the messenger treatment from the fans since the SU left them in the dark and hasn’t felt the need to communicate any of this information.

Poor SU is a bit tough to swallow here. I am sorry if this sounds like I am being harsh towards your well thought out response, not my intention, just feel SU could have provided actual information.
