After re-watching after being there in person, I have some better observations: WR is going to be the major strength of the team. I expect us to throw the ball a ton like always under Fran/Nixon. Weaver may not run past guys, but he'll be our new Meeks. Great possession reciever who just makes catches. Hatcher looks the best he ever has. I'll admit I was a doubter, but he seems to be poised for a big year. Add in Boobie, Gough, Moore, Outten, Merriweather, Wilfong, Williams etc and we have an incredibly deep WR room. Wilfong is going to be a good one, he reminds me a little of Taj Harris. LB also seems to be another major strength. Between Deslauriers, D'Appalonia, Bryant, Tremble and the young guys, we may have a legitimately good LB corps. Hard to tell about the pass rush, but I believe it will be better than last year with the additions we brought in. As far as the QBs, I was impressed by Lott. He seems to have "It" and will hopefully be the future. I wasn't super impressed by Odom to be honest. 1 INT, should have been 2, and had some real trouble throwing those short passes until the last drive. Even on his long Wiltfong completion, it should have been a TD but was severely underthrown. Hopefully it was just some off-season rust, and maybe I'm being hard on him, but I didnt see much to think he'd be good. Probably serviceable. Even so, the QB room is 100% better than last year
