I sort of feel like they caught up bringing in the most highly ranked players, regardless of fit or position, and are paying the price for it now. Sure, they didn't play a lot of attackmen this year at midfield, but that's largely because three of their top recruits were injured this year. They relied on transfers to help fill the holes, and those did not work out (Balsamo and Hackett combined for nine points). People on this board have been pointing out the logjam at attack for a couple of years now ... all I am saying is that this did not come out of nowhere and it just looks like really poor roster management.
