It seems they are intentionally holding pat with a small class at this time.  I think it makes sense.  IMO there is real market inefficiency with late bloomers in lacrosse and kids from non-hot bed and/or national clubs.  The staff picking up the Nassau County Defenseman of the Year ('25), a Mass state champion FOGO ('25), WCAC player of the year (class '26), and a stud SSDM (class '26), all outside of the regular high D-1 window is emblematic of this.

Three '27 kids from the Albany area switched to Sweetlax last year.  None of the three are reclass kids and all three have now committed (St. Joe's, Loyola, Albany).  At least one was offered by Syracuse.  These kids are not better players (at least exponentially so) because they went to Sweetlax.  It just gave them more exposure (much like going to a prep school).  I wonder who would have offered and where they would have committed if they stayed with Albany Power (Warren) or Stags (Chudzinski and Hickok)?
