3 stars in year 3 vs 5 stars in game 3

Yup.

Bringing in a coach who had a proven track record of success, with a high performing staff, was the best thing our program could have possibly done.

Now, we need to find a way to hang onto this guy -- Babers is the real deal.

I watched a lot of the FSU/VATech game and knew right away that Taggart did the complete overhaul, a la HCDB. The difference is simple, HCDB had limited tools to work with and it was the better option. Taggart has a full cupboard with elite level talent, he should have stuck with what they know and won many games wile feeding in the RPO slowly until they buy in. The game is more fun according most player so the install would take 2-3 years, but there would not be an horrible conversion period.
