We get completely hosed on bs charge calls. I've said for years charging is the worst call in college basketball. You penalize a player for doing what the object of the game is, to score the ball! A player can make a beautiful move, make a layup, and get penalized because a defender is standing still. It's absolutely infuriating. Unless the offensive player is completely out of control it should either be a blocking foul or no call.
The ironic thing is the new rules have helped, most of the time this year when you see a block/charge situation it's almost always called a block. Except when your dukes opponent at Cameron.
Also, jay bilas. He's said for years if it's borderline it should always be a blocking foul. He was a complete duke homer tonite.
