35 years ago this week, we built the biggest snow fort(rest) Webster, NY has ever seen...tunnels and rooms with candles in them through most of the back yard.

I was in my sr year at Syracuse. School wasn't called off.

I was 2 so probably trying to eat the few toys my older brother didn't take from me.

Made a few bucks helping out motorists stuck in the snow on North Salina street.
Used said money on Vienna Splits.
Excellent storm.

I was living in Henrietta (Wedgewood West) and I remember being so socked in with snow, my car was buried. Called my boss and he came to get me for work. He had a huge SUV, don't remember what kind but the under carriage was about two feet high off the road but the snow was still hitting the bottom. I can still remember it feeling like were were in a speed boat just riding on the snow. The plows hadn't even touched Jefferson Rd yet at 5:30 am.

Sophomore year at school just as Winter Break was ending. Got lost on my snowmobile 100 yards from home. Only time in my life I couldn't see anything with my eyes open.
