I forgot the situation exactly. Maybe it was the 3rd quarter. I believe down 21 at that point. But big 3rd & 1 play and Sean Tucker is somehow not on the field. Shrader barely gets the first down on a predicatable sneak but it’s simply plays like this that make me scratch my head. How is our STAR player not on the field in that situation. It’s so confusing. I’ve been a huge Dino guy but plays like this have been happening all year and it’s hard to justify.

I understand where you’re coming from but ultimately, it comes down to whether or not they accomplished their goal or not. In this case, they got the first down. To that end, it is what it is.

That time they did, but how many times has poor in-game management at critical times lost us not only the play, but the game itself. More times this year than I can ever remember in a single season.

I recall seeing a replay of the previous play in which Tucker's helmet came off. i think that was why he was out for that play.

I think it was too. I know his helmet came off one play and he had to go out for a play. Lutz came in and I made note of why in the game thread. But I’m not 100% sure it was the place referenced in this thread. It’s more fun reading the conspiracies anyways.
