So glad the Colts have taken it to them and just about ready to put the Bronco's and Manning out of the playoffs.

BREAKING: Papa Johns has fired Peyton Manning citing his inability to "deliver" when they needed him.

It's great that with all the POS in the NFL people like to take shots at arguably the classiest guy who ever played the game. I get it and I have never been a fan of either of his teams but the guy is great on and off the field. What do they say? SMH

You can't blame an athlete for cashing-in on their fame, but IMO Peyton has been over-exposed lately (Papa John's, Nationwide, Buick).

I wish I could get over exposed to the tune of millions of dollars.

Aw come on, the Nationwide commercial is great. Right up there with the one where he was doing parodies of football chants back in the day.

I hated Manning when he was with the Colts, because he repeatedly threw his own team under the bus after losses and never got called out on it.

But I've mellowed on him these days.

My family walks around the house singing "Chicken Parm you taste so good". Can't hate on that.

And his appearance in the SNL United Way skit was perhaps the best comedic performance of the decade.

Totally, totally agree on your last two points. His nuanced performance in the United Way bit was award-worthy. "I'd kill a snitch. Now, I'm not saying I have and I'm not saying I haven't, but you know what I mean." I literally fell off the couch when I first saw this because I was laughing so hard.

It was "great" the first 20 times I saw it.I guess I've been watching a lot of football lately, so I've been exposed to the same commercials ad nauseum.
