But regardless of how many stars you bring in, you need air tight development and S&C programs, along with good schemes, to sustain any sort of meaningful success. The closer teams are to operating at full 85-schollie capacity with a good distribution of classes (frosh, sophs, jrs, seniors, r-seniors), the more often they are sustaining success.
