Ok goosemut sure thing. Pointing out we went toe to toe and came out on top on the home court of arguably the most athletic team in the conf where they hadn’t lost in 25 games.

lol come on. Our rebounding was huge this game - and actually badly missed 3s more commonly result in offensive rebounds

We need to recognize the good job Jesse did with several of the big rebounds. He definitely had good hands today. He even wrestled away a couple of rebounds from FSU.

It's still a weakness, and it will certainly bite us in the butt at times this year, but when the guys actually do a good job rebounding (like today) its fair to acknowledge them on that and give them kudos on a job well done.

FSU seemed to pound the offensive boards pretty hard. It was common for our one or two guys to get the rebound among three Seminoles. I thought we did pretty well, although I was surprised to see we came out ahead. Usually when I feel like we did "well" we're still a few behind, just not getting crushed.

Kids deserve a lot of credit for the rebounding.
They played well and deserve nothing but credit.
When you win you get credit.
These kids played hard and won.

I complain about our lack of athleticism, which I think is inarguable. Despite that, it was great to see our players overcome the athleticism differential. Our hope this season was that their skills and shooting would overcome the athleticism deficit. Hope they can keep it up.
