Hard to believe this is the same guy that so many labeled a bust last year. It is evident that he put the necessary work into improving his game in the off season. He has become a defensive presence in the middle of the zone and runs the floor amazingly well for a guy his size. However, can he keep it up when we hit BE play? -2 McDonalds all-American freshman. Not many teams in the country can say that. MCW will be a great floor general for us in the future, but just needs to shake off the "freshman jitters." Rak, as evident from his SC top play, is a freakish athlete that will one day make him a stud for the Orange. Now though, will he see enough court time to gain much valuable experience? -James Southerland, the x-factor. Against the likes of Colgate he plays like Michael Jordan, but against good competition he seems to disappear so much that you'd have better luck finding Bigfoot. Can he snap out of this? If so, look out. It will take this team to a whole 'nother level. Perhaps it would do us all a little good to focus on the positives that we have here with this special team.
