Friday at 8 pm ( Some of the veteran posters may remember)

1. Sean Tucker - the best RB we have seen since 39 (Reyes) Maybe further back.
2. Liberty copping JayZ and rubbing it in our face. I want to win this one.
3. It’s Friday night, history tells us Friday night crowds are a little more fanatical ( loud and juiced )
4. Can’t rake leaves in the dark.
5. 3 8, and 20, a triumvirate of All ACC level defenders. It’s going to be good.

I’ll add…
6) First chance to see SU show off those new LED lights. Night games will never be the same.

7) Students show up for night games. (Yes, they have represented well this season regardless. But this could be their best effort.) And games are always more fun when the students are there doing what they do best.

I wish I could be there in person. To the locals: show up in force. Let Liberty learn the hard way what it means to play in the LOUD HOUSE!

Be it Friday or Saturday night games should increase attendance by 10k I never can understand why SU does not schedule more of these prime time games. Sure tv and league rules have a lot to say in start time but for SU they are not a big time program and every thing possible should be on the table to help bring fans in.

You answered your own question. I'm sure SU would love prime time games but tv decides.

Yeah Syracuse really has very little control on time.

The TV networks decide the times.

If Cuse is playing winning exciting games, you get the 3pm or later slots.

If not, you get the nooners

Getting into town on Thursday from Omaha, dinner in Rome on Thursday night, then all day tailgating Friday. Early flight Saturday out of Hancock and I'm back home on my own couch by the noon (11AM central) games on Saturday. Friday games are the best.

If you have the ability to take a day off work Friday night games are great for the out of town fans. TV will announce the game time usually in the late summer for these games and you will be able to plan your trip with plenty of time and not in the two week (sometimes one week) window that the networks do with Saturday games.
