BC has lost 5 straight ACC home games and 8 of their last 9 ACC home games with the lone win coming over SU.

That whole weather thing is bugging me. Dino can make adjustments, though, and this whole season is a learning curve. So let's come out of Saturday having learned something!

All season I've believed that we will force BC to play the kind of game they don't want.

Saturday is going to look like the reverse of a lot of game's we've seen in our program in years past, where a defensive oriented team stays within striking distance, but is ultimately overwhelmed by a team with better offense.

We're the team with the better offense now.

BC will be playing with a lot of emotion so SU is going to have to take a punch and then deliver countless counter blows. As long as the D tackles well and keeps BC offense off the field the offense should find a way to get 24 points to win this. Just can't press offensively and get frustrated and force the ball into places it can't go...like BC's hands.

Yup, Saturday is looking like rain and 20 to 30 MPH winds. Awesome.

Well we played in worse two weeks ago, hopefully we are ready.

i live like 10 miles from the stadium and i'm not hearing about this monsoon condition some of you are mentioning. It's going to be a typical October game day in the Heights. I see 57, cloudy and some wind. In other words, fall football in Boston.

Dino should be able to find a way to score 24 pts. BC needs to play like we did in 2004 to beat us. Some returns, interceptions to the house, etc. I think this is gonna be a 38-17 game.

We don't even need 24 points this game. I think 17 will be enough to beat them.

Agreed. I think our days of white knuckling / sweating the outcome of these type of games is rapidly coming to an end.

BC hasn't scored more than 2+ TDs against any P5 opponent since 2014. They seem to settle for FGs a lot. Hopefully or D can continue that tradition. They aren't good at the 80 yard drive, they really need a short field to score points. They rely on their D to create turnovers to capitalize on.

I feel we ought to be favored but I'm most concerned about an emotional letdown from last week. This is a huge game for the program b/c a win puts us at 4 - 4.

This is a chance for our defense to shine. Could give us some good experience and maybe confidence headed into the most crucial part of our schedule.
