having a game today with a team that is out if they lose means they have to do 2 separate brackets, unless they just plug last team in where memphis would go and that doesnt always work with all the other rules in place.

and how could pitt/Su have been a defacto play in game since many had them 9-11 seed and not knowing what other teams would be doing 5 days ago.

if we dont make it will be the one everyone talks about as deserving to be in again since so many are saying it right now.

It's probably not too hard a contingency for them to build.

But they better hope the game is not delayed or goes into double OT. The final bracket must be delivered to the media by 6:00. At that case UConn/Memphis winner would be on one seed line.

I don't know if anyone heard Mick Cronin's interview after the UConn-Cincy game but the refs blew it at the end of the 3rd overtime. .8 seconds left. Pass to Adams who catches the ball, takes 2 steps and shoots. Video replay shows the clock did not start until Adams took the 2 steps. No way the shot should have counted. If SU, or any other team, is left out of the tournament because of a blown call . . . what a way to go.

So how in the hell is that a team worthy of the NCAAT?

That is equally bad.

I really hope that the committee doesn't use computer rankings as much as common sense.

thats why they should have to line the bubble teams up, rank them all against each other and then publish that when they are done. if how you get in is decided by winning certain games or scheduling certain teams then that needs to be made clear. the guys in the room shouldnt be able to hide behind decisions.
