Unless we are satisfied with the potential for a 4 or 5 win season being our very best, it's time to pay a coach that can recruit the talent we need to win. It will not come cheap , so the alumni and University together need to decide if we want to win. Doug is a good man, but not the man to turn this mess around. It is ugly to watch, week after week and after 45 yrs as a fan this is just more of the same, ugly.
