It really makes you appreciate how much damage Greg Robinson did in terms of national perception of our program. Greg basically erased 30+ years of Syracuse football history. People elsewhere in the country may recall that Donovan McNabb and Dwight Freeney played for Syracuse, but they don't really know Marvin Graves, Donnie McPherson, Qadry Ismael, Tim Green and Moose Johnston. The undefeated 1987 team is barely remembered outside of the northeast.
 
Well, the hell with the FSU fanboys. I prefer to look to the future, not the past 10 years. Having followed the fortunes of the Orangemen the past 50 years, I know these things are cyclical. We are due for a rebound and I believe Doug Marrone has us on the right path. Will he lead us to an ACC championship within the next 3-4 years? I've got no idea, but I believe we'll be in the hunt. And I can tell you this with a certainty: SU will victimize the Seminoles by 2016 at the latest.
