A nice setup for Hunt's real debut!

While I'm glad we finally pummeled a FCS team, its really a nice setup for Hunt's real debut which I view is our Clemson game. He has Tulane next week to continue to build his confidence then 1 week off, giving the coaches and team 2 weeks to prepare (and heal) for our ACC debut.

Instead of dreading the Clemson game, I now look forward to it! Go Orange!

Clemson will be my first home game this year (was at MetLife) and I was starting to dread it but now I am excited because I think we will be very competitive.

Hunt is the right qb for the Tulane game, their corners are pretty good and getting separation is going to be a lot more difficult than vs Wagner. SU needs a qb that will make those corners think twice along with getting the safties attention so the SU receivers won't have a crowded field. If Hunt can take off once in a while and get some positive yardage things will start to open up. This is a really good game to see what we have behind the center.

I don't see any reason why he wouldn't or shouldn't start, but I still have reservations that Shafer will announce that Hunt is starting.

Shafer seems unusually hung up on Allen being a credible QB. It's kind of weird.

Shafer will start Hunt. He is just being considerate.

Wait I thought Clemson was a throw away game
