A really odd game statistically...

8 is enough if enough guys score that.

Good find. I would venture to
say that this is the first time in Syracuse history that 9 players scored 5 or more. Anyone with time on their hands to check that one lol.

FWIW, 10 players had 4 or more.

That tells me we have a really well balanced team right down the line ... with good contribution from the bench. Dion was a monster in steals and MCW was a monster in assists last night ... beautifully balanced game!!

Cn't explain the lapse in FTs last night tho

Here's one (really one of the most ridiculous box scores you'll ever see, for several reasons): http://espn.go.com/ncb/boxscore?gameId=273490183

Most recently: http://espn.go.com/ncb/boxscore?gameId=310640183

And I bet our 1999-2000 team managed a couple of those. That was a very balanced team; I think 9 or 10 different players had were high scorers in a game that year.

Wow... good work Otto! In that Depaul game we actually had 11 players with four or more... Obviously it has to take a real shellacking for that to happen and the Depaul game certainly meets that criteria...

Even stranger, Cuse wins by 35 and is STILL outrebounded.
Its not strange when you consider GW shot 30% overall and 15% from 3...
Their whole strategy was to crash every shot.

It really takes an unusual game; there are only so many points to go around that it's difficult for them to be evenly distributed (unless we put up 125 on a night where we miss 10 free throws and have 26 turnovers - then there's some wiggle room and you know some wild things are possible).
