The Yankees beat the Mets again, in their second exhibition. There wasn't much for Mets fans to cheer about, losing 3-9 and then 0-6 in a barrage of home runs. But that's not the sad sight. They showed the aftermath of one of the long home runs. The ball landed well up in the seats and slowly rolled over the edge from row to row until it got to the bottom of the section. Nothing interrupted it's journey. No hands reached for the ball. No one was there.
