They don't seem like very much; the whole P5 will probably do the same thing. I'm interested to see the reaction if/when the ACC proposes the change which eliminates divisions in football.

They are really just asking to protect the student athlete more. They want full market value of the education, loss of revenue insurance and a guaranteed scholarship for of 4 years for the player.
