it would be kind of cool if they somehow incorporated the turf course at Churchill Downs. I have no idea of the distance between CD and Tom Sawyer Park. Was at Churchill Downs a few weeks ago and surprised how close the Louisville campus was to the track. It's right there as is the Cards football stadium. They just started a month racing season at CD that ends around Thanksgiving.

Churchill Downs is in the central-west side of Louisville. EP Tom Sawyer Park is on the east end. Nice idea but unfortunately, it's not doable. I'm disappointed that I cannot make this race due to a work commitment. I was looking forward to seeing the men's race.

Nice result for the men, who might finish in the top 5 in the NCAA championships.

Not sure what has happened to the women. Just a disasterous result for them.
