The Syracuse track and field teams compete for ACC titles this weekend in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

EVENT PREVIEWS:
Women's 400-meter hurdles – Thursday, 7 p.m.
Madison Ceasar will start things off for the Orange in the opening heat on the track of the weekend. There are four heats in the event, with the winner of each, plus next-four fastest times advancing to Saturday's final.
Men's 400-meter hurdles– Thursday, 7:20 p.m.
Xayvion Perkins will compete in the men's event, which features three heats. The winner of each heat, plus next-five fastest times, will race in Saturday's final.
Women's 200-meter dash – Thursday, 7:35 p.m.
Iaunia Pointer is 'Cuse's representative in this event, racing in heat two. Pointer, who owns the school record in the event, is tied for the fastest seed time in her heat with Miami's Alyssa Robinson. The winner of each heat, plus next-four fastest times advance to Saturday's final.
Women's 1500-meters – Thursday, 8 p.m.
Heidi Demeo will race in heat two of the 1,500-meter run, where the top two from each heat, plus next-four fastest times will advance to Saturday's final. Demeo's PR of 4:18.43 is fifth in her heat coming into the competition.
Women's 10,000-meter run – Thursday, 8:40 p.m.
The first final of the event will feature four members of the Orange.
Emma Eastman has the fastest time in the field this season (32:02.10), while teammates
Rylie Lusk (33:13.56) and
Savannah Roark (33:22.60) both rank in the top-five as well.
Nyah Hernandez will also race for the Orange in Thursday's final.
Men's 10,000-meter run – Thursday, 9:20 p.m.
Four men will also compete in the 10k final on Thursday night.
Sam Lawler leads the way, ranked sixth in the field this season (28:21.63) after setting the school record earlier this year.
Assaf Harari, Perry Mackinnon and
Omar Alsaidi are also entered for 'Cuse.
Women's 100-meter hurdles – Friday, 6 p.m.
Taleea Buxton (heat 1) and
Peyton Rollins (heat 2) are entered for the Orange, where the winner of each heat, plus next-five times, advance to Saturday's final.
Men's 110-meter hurdles – Friday, 6:25 p.m.
One of the deepest Syracuse fields at the event, five men will race in the 110-meter hurdles prelims, where the winner of each heat, plus next-five times, will move on to Saturday.
Isaiah Hayes and
Isaiah Lewis will open things up in the first heat.
Naseem Smith,
Emanuel Joseph and
David Peters will all race in the third heat.
Men's 100-meter dash – Friday, 7:15 p.m.
Malachi James, who also plays football, will represent the Orange in the 100-meter dash. James owns the second-fastest seed time in heat one (10.29 seconds). The winner of each heat plus next-five fastest times advance to Saturday's final.
Women's 3,000-meter steeplechase – Friday 8 p.m.
The lone final of Friday will be the steeplechase, where
Baneet Bains and
Justus Holden-Betts will represent the Orange.
Men's 3,000-meter steeplechase – Friday, 8:20 p.m.
Julian Franjieh and
Solomon Holden-Betts will compete for SU in the final event on Friday. Franjieh enters with the fifth-best time in the field.
Women's 4x100-meter relay – Saturday, 5:30 p.m.
The Orange women will enter a team in the 4x100-meter relay to start the final day of competition. They'll race in heat 1.
Men's 4x100-meter relay – Saturday, 5:40 p.m.
The Orange men will also race in the first heat of the 4x100 final.
Finals of 100, 200, 100/110MH, 400MH, 1500M – Saturday 5:50 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Finals for those who advance from Thursday/Friday prelims will be held from 5:50 to 8 p.m. on Saturday.
Men's 5,000-meters – Saturday, 8:30 p.m.
Sam Ricchiuti will race in the men's 5k at 8:30 p.m.
