Isn't the Syracuse game Sunday on CBS Sports Network?

I'll try to catch some of Clemson's game to check on Girard who has been playing very well. Curious to see how and why.

Not an ACC game, but everyone's favorite team from CT is playing everyone's 2nd favorite team from WA at 10 tonight.

Ugh, UConn is extremely good again. Non-conference wins over #15 Texas, #9 UNC and #10 Gonzaga, all by double figures. Only loss is at Kansas by 4 points.
Eh I’ve stopped caring about UConn more and more the longer we have distanced from being in the Big East.

Looked like they picked up where they left off from last year's E8 game. It's Arizona, Kansas, Purdue, storz then a big drop off.

Memphis 79, Clemson 77
Memphis was unranked, home, and favored by 3.5 vs a ranked Clemson. Classic system play that would've come in if Memphis didn't miss 4 free throws in the last minute.

That should help the Orange SOS, right?

Nope. This is a bad outcome for Syracuse.
As of today it helps. By season's end it hurts us.

We play Georgetown once. We play Notre Dame at least once.
Notre Dame also plays at least 20 times against our future opponents, so if they had beat Georgetown today it makes the SOS of who they play in conference better as well.
Georgetown plays 0 games against rest of our opponents.

This is why its so important for ACC teams to win OOC. Especially against other P5 opponents who fight for the majority of bids.
