this is modern day college basketball, 6th year player, 4 schools. If you transfer more than once, you have to sit the year, correct? The no-sit rule only counts 1 time, correct? If not, we will see players play at 4 schools in 4 years all over the place

Our saving Grace this year in conference just might be how many lousy teams there are

Except it may mean we need to go 13-7 in conference instead of 10-10 or 11-9 in conference to get in the tourney,

If we look at the Big10 in their tough year (2017) or when the PAC has had only 3 or 4 teams in, the ACC OOC as a conference is tracking at a similar conference RPI right now.

Good to see that Miami made the big comeback against North Texas... would have been another major blunder for this conference.

Good to see that Georgia Tech just eked it out today.
Metrics wouldn't have "cared" about those people out and ACC did not need another a sub 200 loss at this point.

Georgia Tech and Miami were both down 12 at the half today. But both pulled it out in the end. A very bad day for the conference (that couldn't afford one) was averted.

Miami 69, N Texas 63

Ga Tech 61, Ga South 59

Clemson 91, Charleston South 59

BC 73, Columbia 60

Virginia 61, Lehigh 43

I know this doesn’t belong in the ACC games… but Duke & Gonzaga are SO different than Syracuse right now, my goodness. The combos of fluidity, skill, physical ability/strength, athleticism, etc. is truly stark. Feels like a late round tourney game right now

I’m not sure what sport they’re playing, but it’s not the one we played this afternoon.

My god, Duke might injure our players future grandchildren.

Fun game, great atmosphere. It is too bad these teams ducked the most difficult tournament this year to play in Vegas.

I felt that way about Baylor/msu (first half especially) but this one was a different level.

Reminded me of those big interconference matchups of the mid 80’s to early 90s where stacked teams would face each other and go blow for blow with a stable of future NBA athletes ..

Just don’t see too many games at that level anymore .. although with about 7 minutes left , the level of play suddenly dropped to merely decent levels
