I thought it would interesting to look at other ACC OCs to see what their previous expereice was - here it is. Feel free to correct any errors.

I think they need to go into more depth about each OC's coaching tree before I can make an informed opinion.

Im expecting great things from Lester

Correction to chart: I just researched this on the ACC website link to WF athletics - Ruggiero was the OC at Bowling Green under HC Clawson and serves in the same role at WFU (not to be confused with "WFVU" - ha! - recalling the famous T-shirt worn by the WVU fan who was briefly shown on TV during a game and AD Oliver Luck's subsequent msg. to fans). Of course, the staff at WFU is about the same in MAC and FCS (1-AA) experience as SU - think you can make an argument the SU staff is actually more experienced in coaching at the G5 and P5 levels.

Addition about the SU OC: and like Louisville's "offensive mastermind" Bobby Petrino, Lester has a bachelor's degree in mathematics, so maybe he is a creative thinker.
