He got off to a great start with his first big job at Cincy and made the Final Four and Elite Eight his first 2 years there.  Got to another Elite Eight in 95-96 with Cincy.

Since then he has only gotten past the Round of 32 once, when he again got to a Final Four in 2009-10.

He has gone 15-21, 21-10 and 19-10 in his last 3 seasons.  It is going to be exceeding hard to recruit good players with West Virginia being relegated.  If he can get his team into the NCAA tournament one or two more times before he is done, I think he will be thrilled.

I would say the chances of him winning a single NC are very small.  Heck, the chances of him ever getting past the Round of 32 again are small.
