Some of these posts crack me up.  It’s like I’m picking my team in gym class (sorry, PE class).  The only ones left to pick aren’t athletic at all.  That’s where we’re at with who’s left to snag in all of this conference talk.  But some posters think SMU or Uconn has so so much value to add that the ACC is doing a terrible job not being proactive.  I must be blind, is Uconn going to add 20+ million extra dollars in value so Clemson and FSU don’t leave at some point.  Then split that between the teams we add NOBODY OF IMPORTANCE wanted (that’s the SEC and B10 for those not following along).

Come on, let’s use some brain power with this.  THERE IS NOTHING LEFT TO DO.   The teams that mattered are in the top two conferences.  Clemson isn’t staying in 2036 because we added Uconn, temple, SMU and some other loser school.

The only thing that makes any sense is adding some/all remnants of the P12 who still have names to them and hope that’s enough.  But eventually when our best schools in the ACC bolt we’ll at least have schools with a name like Oregon.  Not to be mistaken with that community college FB team, Uconn.
