Why would Purdue, USC, Michigan State, Texas not look to pull out of future games? Why would any of those schools only want 6 home games and 11 out of 12 games vs P4 opponents? They actually lose money by having ND on the schedule. They don't need the prestigious game as they already have a schedule full of those types of games.

Which means ND is forced to play a schedule of mainly ACC and B12 teams as their P4 games.

Taking ND out of the equation, this would also shut the ACC and B12 out of OOC games vs the B1G and SEC. The ACC would probably need to have a scheduling alliance with the B12.

Crazy that SU has nothing OOC scheduled in future seasons. We would likely lose Penn State. We would likely be shut out of games vs the B1G which IMO are the most attractive for us. No Maryland, Rutgers, Northwestern, etc.

From the B12 WV would likely get Pitt. Cincy likely Louisville. So we are left with unattractive and far games vs the rest of the B12. Fun.

At least we would be building a relationship with those b12 teams should there ever be a merger.
