By then the discrepancy in league payouts will have any ACC or B12 school for that matter just waiting for a call up to the big leagues. For the nonce I really hope they did finalize this proposal. It would make scheduling with the SEC/B10 extremely hard, and could basically cut the ACC down to 1 school making the playoff, assuming ND stays at the level they are.
