AS for schools needed to have total control over what isn this age is possible to e had from the northeast: Penn St and ND will almost do the total job. Pitt, Cuse, and BC all would add a bit, but only a bit. They are not necessary.

Basketball is another breed of cat. To have total control of norteastern states' college BB fans, a conference would need Stracus and UConn for certain and then Pitt, BC, PSU, and Rutgers would help a bit. Also, though they do not play Top Tier football, St Joh's. Nkiva, and Georgetown all would be most helpful.

The BE was founded to be about basketball, and only basketball,  for a very good reason pertinent to the northeast and to no other region.
