It really is. He's no rookie broadcaster and is usually solid.

Luginbill leaves a lot to be desired … I have seen him say numerous dumb things and speak out of turn. He is better than some but meh I could do without him.

He was awful at ESPN and is apparently still awful. He was one of those recruiting analysts that only focused on the top 10 teams. I never heard him utter the word Syracuse so no surprise he doesn’t even know who coaches us. You would think he’d do some homework being on ACC PM.
