It just seems like that is getting excessive for D1 with players who have aspirations of playing in the NFL. That is a lot of games and more opportunities for injury. In a way it seems like it gets more and more risky to keep playing so many games for some kids who are wanting to make it big in the NFL. Just my thoughts anyway.
