Your Saturday, February 27th games a bit off:

Louisville plays @ Miami and Notre Dame is @ Florida State.

Doesn't have much of an impact on our cause though...

I don't think it would be too shocking for Pitt to go 1-2 and for us to go 2-1 to move into the 7 spot. Unlikely, yes, but wouldn't be surprising. The Hokies and Yellow Jackets boast home wins over UVA (x2), Notre Dame and Clemson (x2).

I'd give GT the best chance, as it's their senior night and three of their top four players are seniors so they'll have extra motivation to go out with a W!

At this point, just need to worry about beating NC St. tomorrow and then see what happens from there.

Good post, agree on all

As always, thanks Marsh. Fact of the matter is this. If this stacks up the way it is now, we need two wins out of three playing against the 9, 11 and 12 seeds of the ACC with one game at home and another neutral. We should be able to get that done if we are a tourney team.

Clemson we had won, but va tech we basically had lost, so those 2 games cancel each other out to me.

Nothing will cancel out the st johns loss

Honestly, in terms of how likely it would be, I really think winning @UNC and Duke combined is about as likely as us losing to St. Johns

My prediction:

The officiating will be AMAZING.

Grayson Allen will trip at least two people and the ACC will reprimand him again behind closed doors and deem it case closed. While some not-so-white and awesome Duke player in another conference will get suspended for attempting to trip someone but failing.

GT is also trying to play its way into ncaa tourney conversation

Just looked at Stubhub -- you can get tickets to the early Wednesday session for nothing. Lots of upper deck seats starting at $6.
