Again Louisville in the standings but not seeded.
So here is the deal and I think I have it right but if I dont please correct me. There is a 4 way tie for places 6-9. Its a round robin between those team on how they fared against one anther. Based on that here is how the 4 teams stack up:
Pittsburgh 3-2
Clemson 2-1
Virginia Tech 2-2
Syracuse 1-3
So based on that Pitt would be the 6 seed, Clemson the 7, VT the 8 and Syracuse the 9 heading into Saturdays games.
Lots can happen on Saturday if Clemson, Virginia Tech or Pittsburgh get beat and we win we obviously move ahead of these teams. Notre Dame losing will also throw a monkey wrench into it as we would pass them if we end up tied with them. I still think we are going to be in the 8/9 game when it is all said and done. Possible opponents will be either Pittsburgh, Clemson or Virginia Tech or even Notre Dame in the first round,
Standings:
1. North Carolina 13-4
2. Miami (FL) 13-4
3. Virginia 12-5
Louisville 12-5
4. Duke 11-6
5. Notre Dame 10-7________Buy into the Quarterfinals
6. Pittsburgh 9-8
7. Clemson 9-8
8. Virginia Tech 9-8
9. Syracuse 9-8
10. Georgia Tech 7-10______Buy into the Second Round
