Anyonewho says that Syracuse only plays one defense should be forced to watch tape of that game. Zone actually did a nice job early on defending the arc, but BWG1 stepped back andhit 3 from the top of the circle. When he went out with 2 fouls, things went well until Ryan adjusted, started overloading one side of the floor.They'd start to reverse the ball with PG and if Cuse overrotated, he'd pop, if not they'd complete to the weekside for an open jumper. Seemedlike we adjusted by leaving the weakside forward home better which actually left the post open low, but Wisconsin was so committed to the threes at that point that they never made the final adjustment. Almost bit us on the final air ball when BWG2 had the ball glance off his hands wide open under the basket.
