Everybody has been comparing Kobe Bryant to Michael Jordan. I decided to do a "net Points" comparison their career numbers:
Michael (6-6 195) 6 titles
38.3M 37.8p 7.8r 6.6a 2.9s 1.0b 56.1+ 14.4mfg 1.7mft 3.4to 3.3pf 22.8- = 33.3NP 21.7OE 11.6FG 51.0% twos 32.7% threes 83.5% FT
Kobe (6-6 212) 5 titles
36.1M 33.2P 7.0r 6.2a 1.9s 0.6b 48.9+ 14.3mfg 1.6mft 4.0to 3.0pf 23.2- = 25.7NP 17.3OE 8.4FG 47.9% twos 32.9% threes 83.7% FT
Kobe was great but Michael was slightly better - in virtually everything. But almost as good as Michael Jordan is pretty darn good.
